1979 marked the beginning of Pacific Coast Marketing, Inc.. Since our inception it has been the ambition of Pacific Coast Marketing to establish a marketing company that is responsive to the overnight needs of the food service industry.

Founder
President of Pacific Coast Marketing, Inc., David was trained with CFS Continental, a national food service distribution company. Having run local branches for CFS and as a Divisional Vice President he left CFS in 1980 to form Pacific Coast Marketing, Inc.
David Dunlap
President
David Dunlap Vice President of Sales joined the Pacific Coast Marketing, Inc. team in 2007. A graduate of Wabash College in 1989 his career path has built many unique skills that have added to the growth and success of Pacific Coast Marketing, Inc. From 1989 to 1992 he worked for Gallo Wines pioneering their Light Traffic Division in the Chicago land area. In 1993 David founded Billie’s Best, a manufacturing company that specialized in frozen cookie dough and ran this until 2006. This experience helped David understand every aspect of Broad Line Food service and the needs associated with the industry.

Peter Bergman
Vice President
Peter Bergman, Director of K-12 Food Service joined Pacific Coast Marketing, Inc. team in 2006. A graduate of University of Iowa in 1999 in business, Peter started with a manufacturing company, learning all facets of the business including marketing and sales. Peter has developed the K-12 Food Service Segment for Pacific Coast Marketing, Inc. as well as growing and maintaining his current Food Service Accounts.

Lynn Stein

I’m a graduate of Purdue University with over 30 years of food service experience. From operations in contract management, to franchise consulting and co-owning a business. That experience led me to sales as a food broker in 2002. My family and I live in Noblesville, IN where we have a daughter in high school, a daughter in college and a son who owns his own business in Colorado. We spend our free time with our 2 golden doodles, 2 cats and go on motorcycle rides with friends.

Betsy Nagel
Sales Associate
Betsy graduated from the University of Illinois with a BS in Kinesiology and was a collegiate athlete. She worked for Fox River Foods for 10 years and has been on the Brokerage side of Foodservice for over 5 years. She's also done some direct selling and coached HS girls swimming. She enjoys family time with her 3 daughters, beach vacations, triathlon, tennis, golf, hiking, & just about anything outdoorsy.

David Dalton

Bio - Dave comes to PCM with plenty of food service experience. He managed fast food restaurants early in his career, then moved into the world of food sales, starting at Loffredo Produce in Des Moines, IA and eventually ending up as a food broker world with the former Waypoint.
Dave enjoys spending time with his three granddaughters whenever they're around (presently live in South Carolina). He loves to play golf at his home course (Valley View GC) where weekends you'll find him at his camper off the 15th hole. When he's not on the course, you can find him at home watching his favorite NetFlix series or staying healthy at Premier Fitness.

Nicole graduated from Indiana University with a business degree. She has 23 years experience in K12 Food Service that included commodity processing. When Nicole is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Phyllis Kramer
Culinary Chef
Phyllis has been a teacher of Foods, Nutrition & Food Science for many years. During that time she taught specialized classes at Cook’s Mart, Persimmon Tree, Crate & Barrel, Williams Sonoma & more.
Phyllis also studied with author & cookbook authored Giuliano Bugialli in Florence Italy, Ann Willian at LaVarenne in Paris as well as many other Culinary Schools across the country. She is also consulting for Butterball.
