We encompass all aspects of the Food Service segment in our coverage area. This includes working relationships with the distributor, distributor sales force and distributor customers. We work our principals from concept through close. This includes cutting new products with our food service customers, implementing new items, providing all information necessary for follow through.
We also implement the follow through process which includes bringing product to stock at the selected distributor. This includes providing all information necessary for set up and distribution.
We also provide solution sourcing for distributors, distributor sales force and distributor customers. This includes are unique Recipe of the Month E-blast initiative. We market our own unique recipe ideas coordinated with our Principals products to gain market presence and through put.
